Terms and Conditions for Wine Club Membership

 

SNAKE RIVER TIER CLUB (aka “Reds Club”)

THE COMMITMENT: By signing up for this club membership, you are agreeing to be automatically charged FOUR (4) quarterly orders, to your card on file,  of two to twelve bottles each (selected by us) at a purchase price of approximately $60 per release, depending on varietal, on each order (plus tax, handling, and ground shipping charges as applicable).

OWYHEE RIVER TIER CLUB (aka “Choice Club”)

THE COMMITMENT: By signing up for this club membership, you are agreeing to be automatically charged FOUR (4) quarterly orders, to your card on file, of three (3) bottles each (selected by you from a curated list) for the purchase price of current retail value minus your club discount percentage (plus tax, handling, and ground shipping charges as applicable).

CHOOSING YOUR WINES: As a member of our Owyhee River Tier Club (or Choice Club), you will be notified via email when each quarterly club order is open for selection. At which point, you will have seven (7) days to make your bottle selection(s) via online (preferably), over the phone, or in person at the winery. If a selection is not made within this time frame, the winery will automatically charge a default selection of bottles from that current selection to either the shipping address we have on file or for pickup at the winery. As an Owyhee River Tier Club member (Choice Club), you will be given a selection of wines to choose from, which will vary depending on seasonality, product availability, and inventory on hand. At the winery’s discretion, some wines may have a minimum or maximum limit set when making your selection, due to that wine’s availability.

BOISE RIVER TIER CLUB (aka “Reserve Club”)

THE COMMITMENT: By signing up for this club membership, you are agreeing to be automatically charged TWO (2) quarterly orders of twelve (12) bottles each (curated by the winemaker) at a purchase price of approximately $500 per release, depending on the varietal, on each order (plus tax, handling, and ground shipping charges as applicable).

LIMITATIONS: This club is capped at twenty (20) members at one time. If the tier is currently full, you can ask to be registered for the wait list for the next available opening. It is a first come, first serve wait list so there may be others ahead of you when a space becomes available.

 

NOTIFICATIONS FOR ALL TIERS

LENGTH OF COMMITMENT: We would encourage you to receive at least one (1) shipment before cancelling. After which, you may cancel at any time, free of charge.

CANCELLATION: Should you choose or need to cancel, you can do so via online account, an email to our Director of Member Services, calling our office (208-779-2466), stopping in, a singing telegram, carrier pigeon or even a postcard! Should you decide that you would like to reactivate your membership, email the Director of Member Services or give us a call, so we can make sure it’s activated at a good time for you.

NOTIFICATIONS: Club members will receive an email from the Winery as much as two (2) weeks in advance of each club order, with an estimated club order date and amount. Please remember to check that your shipping/pickup information and your credit card and billing information are correct through your online account portal. A second email will be sent to all club members when the club orders are processed for payment and then when your wine is ready for pickup or shipment.

PAYMENTS: The card you have on file under your membership will only be charged when your club order is shipped or made available for pickup, or where one of the conditions set forth below are met. If payment is unsuccessful at any time, you will be contacted by our staff to try to remedy the situation.

  • PICKUP ORDERS: Pickup orders will be held for up to twelve (12) months. Orders that have not been picked up within this time frame will be considered abandoned (surrendered), cancelled and returned to stock. Any allotments that have been surrendered by the customer, with the total amount paid (order, handling, shipping, return charges, etc…), will be non-refundable.
  • SHIPPING ORDERS: Due to legalities of shipping alcoholic products, shipped orders cannot be left at your door and must be signed for by someone of legal drinking age. For that reason, we recommend entering your shipping address as either your place of work (if possible) or to a family or friend that can be readily available to sign for and receive your package, if you are unable to. Our carrier(s) will make their best effort to deliver your package with up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is deemed unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and a $15 returned shipment fee will be charged to your account to cover costs incurred by us from our carrier, plus a $10 handling fee. Customer will then be contacted by our staff to arrange for either re-delivery (customer would then pay shipping charges at current market rate) or pickup of your club order. If the order is reconfigured for pickup, you will have seven (7) days to pickup your order. If not picked up within this time frame, or if redelivery is unsuccessful, that particular club order will be considered abandoned by the customer and the total paid amount (order, handling, shipping, return charges, etc…) will be non-refundable.
